This comprehensive two-day training provides instruction in:

• Playing the Gong According to Ayurvedic Principles

• Working with Chakras, Sound, Frequency and Intention
• Gong Playing as a Spiritual Practice

Mehtab has played the gong since 1994 and has trained students, yoga teachers, therapists, and musicians in the art of playing the gong throughout Europe, Australia, Asia, North and South America. He is the originator and author of Gong Yoga: Healing and Enlightenment Through Sound, the first book on using the gong in the practice of yoga. His two additional books, Teaching Gong Yoga: Theory and Practice and Gong Therapy: Sound Healing and Yoga are used worldwide to instruct sound healers.
