Join Suren Shrestha, author of “How to Heal with Singing Bowls” and founder of the Atma Buti® Sound & Vibrational School at the beautiful Sedonya Conscious Living Center in Sedona, Arizona, on a journey of sound, relaxation and harmony. Relax, renew and restore as Suren leads a sound healing meditation accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, bells and more.

For your health, please bring your own mat, blanket and/or pillow for comfort.

Doors will open at 6.30pm.

Proceeds from this concert will benefit the Soul Medicine 501c3 orphanage foundation of Nepal.

Suren Shrestha grew up in Nepal, where he learned traditional Himalayan healing therapies. As founder and director of the Atma Buti® Sound & Vibrational School of Boulder, Colorado, he now teaches these techniques throughout the United States and internationally. The funds raised through sale of his book, “How to Heal with Singing Bowls“, and donations from Insight Timer go toward the building of a new orphanage in Khandbari (Nepal), organized by Soul Medicine 501c3.
