Sound Healing Meditation Concert with Suren & Ruby Shrestha at the Denver Botanic Gardens
December 11, 2021 @ 3:30 pm - 9:00 pm MST
Please join Suren Shrestha, founder of the Atma Buti® School in Boulder, and his wife Ruby Shrestha, on a journey of sound, relaxation and harmony. Clouds of Sound is a harmonious and calming meditation accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, bells and other musical instruments. The singing bowls create a simple, gentle, energy-based vibrational technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. Suren and Ruby are donating the financial proceeds of this sound meditation concert to the Soul Medicine 501c3 Education Foundation, which provides quality education to financially disadvantaged orphans of Eastern Nepal.
Due to the popularity of this offering, there will be two concerts offered:
3:30-4:45pm and 6:00-7:15pm
Please click on the link below of the concert you wish to attend.
Proceeds from all concerts will benefit the Soul Medicine 501c3 orphanage foundation of Nepal.
Suren Shrestha was born in Nepal, where he learned the ancient healing techniques that use sound and vibration. He is the author of the book “How to Heal with Singing Bowls.” His love for his wife, Ruby, and their daughter, Sarina, fuels his work. His goal is to spread the healing sound methods of Atma Buti, to build a tribe of sound healers and teachers and share the experience of Divine energy beyond the troubles of modern life.
Ruby Shrestha is originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. She moved to Boston to pursue international studies in computer science before working in hospital administration. Her love of sound healing and the growth of Atma Buti and Serenity Tibet made it clear that it was time to make a career move. Ruby is all about spreading the sound energy to the world, to let as many people benefit from this deep, beautiful and natural alternative method of healing as possible. The mantras she loves to chant are another aspect of sound healing that is a part of that gift.
